Yep knew this was coming way back in March when I asked if the Raiders were making the right moves? Of course signing Moss was a good move, but the Raiders had/have other issues other than needing a playmaker. I believe that last week’s failure to use Moss in the end zone was a huge mistake. Those are the kind of plays Moss lives for. As an elite reciever, you have to think he would rather say that he didn’t get the job done than ask why he didn’t get the chance.

Moss, the biggest acquisition in the NFL during the offseason, is getting his yardage. He leads the NFL with 257 yards in receptions. But Williamson, who knows a little something about the man after covering the Vikings for the St. Paul Pioneer Press before moving on to Denver last year, personal statistics don’t fuel Moss.
According to Williamson: “[Moss] wants the ball because he wants to win. The Raiders are 0-2, and Moss hasn’t gotten the ball enough to help Oakland get the job done. Amazingly, Kerry Collins didn’t throw to Moss on the Raiders’ final possession in their 23-17 loss to Kansas City last week, even though Oakland needed a touchdown to win. After the Raiders’ final possession, Moss looked confused.”
Williams summed up by suggesting: “Moss won’t stand for being shut out. If it continues today in Philadelphia, expect him to blow.”
